Another Christmas Poem

Christmas Eve is here.

Busy elves.

Excited children.

Storekeepers dealing.

Dad still shopping.

Don’t tell mom.

Food cooked.

Trees trimmed.

Will there be snow?

Santa on his sleigh.

The cookies ready to eat.

That milk looks good.

Adults fill with childish giddy.

Christmas Eve is here.

Jingle bell here.

A mistletoe there.

Too much eggnog for grandpa.

Again.

A bow on the floor.

Little ones stealing tinsel from the tree.

Christmas Eve is here.

Buon Natale.

Feliz Navidad.

A thousand other ways to say…

Merry Christmas.

Christmas Eve is here.
