Take Me To the Country

As skyscrapers reach for the clouds,
Trees look down on nature’s city.

I stroll through greens and browns
Occasional purples dot the scape surrounding.

Rolling hills interrupted by a random barn.
Farmland all around.

Birds flutter their wings and soar,
No airport needed, for the Earth is their playground.

Take me to the country,
That is where my heart is.
