Daily Prompt: Rolling Stone

The Daily Prompt states: If you could live a nomadic life, would you? Where would you go? How would you decide? What would life be like without a “home base”?

Travel: A Poem

Wandering aimlessly.

Like a vagabond,

lost to the world.

My home is everywhere,

and nowhere.

One day, Europe.

The next Asia.

Maybe North America?

I’d rather go south.

Rely on others, I must.

On maps I depend.

One place just isn’t enough.

A citizen of the world I am.

Loyal only to myself and the Earth.
